The Tranquil Harbor development sustained significant damage from Hurricane Michael, but repairs are well underway. This unit is located on the second floor and has great gulf views. It comes with a private boat slip (Slip Number 23). Unit 211 sustained only minimal damage to sheetrock and flooring. The cabinets and granite countertops are in good shape. The HOA will build the unit back to sheetrock & then must be finished by new owner. Paint and flooring will be the responsibility of the new owner to finish. The HOA hopes to have their part of the construction completed by early summer with owners being able to move back in by late July/early August. HOA dues are $1849 per quarter.
